And the underskirt is made of black taffeta. It has short puffy sleeves with elastic at the neckline and arms, which can be worn on or off the shoulders. There is black lace around the bustline with a burgundy and green rosette sewn in the center along with matching ruffles around each skirt bottom, with the top skirt being ruched. The bodice and sleeves are fully lined, and the dress laces down the back with grommets and has a modesty panel. Measurements are as follows: Bodice/skirt waist – 30 – 32″, bust – 36″, and dress length from shoulder seams when sleeves are worn on shoulders – 60.
