It has short puffy sleeves with elastic at the neckline and arms, which can be worn on or off the shoulders. There is purple lace down the front and around the bustline with a purple flower sewn in the back. And there is a large bow on the back attached with velcro so it can be removed if desired. The bodice and sleeves are fully lined, and the dress laces down the back with grommets and has a modesty panel. Measurements are as follows: Bodice/skirt waist – 36 – 38″, bust – 42″, and dress length from shoulder seams when sleeves are worn on shoulders – 60.
