Black skirt, elastic waist, has multiple panels, one is lace. White mop style hat has black band and black flower. Very good, no problems detected. Most of our costumes are made for or have been used on stage. Many are new but the components may not be. Unless we use words as pristine, meticulous or perfect expect some wear (although minimal or non-existent) on items described as very good. We will do our best to describe problems.
