White sleeveless under blouse has high collar with ruffles and light blue rosette. Pale green dress is also lace over foundation body and lace skirt over satin petticoat with attached lace for layering. Designed to be worn with jacket. Very good, no issues. Shoulder to hem 56. Most of our costumes are made for or have been used on stage. Many are new but the components may not be. Unless we use words as pristine, meticulous or perfect expect some wear (although minimal or non-existent) on items described as very good. We will do our best to describe problems.
