Black lace over-blouse has blue lace bows on front pockets. Black, elastic waist, skirt has alternating vertical panels of lace with blue lace above hem and blue trim on hem. Black felt hat with black band and bow and blue lace band. I think I have the hat on the wig head backwards. Very good, no issues. Most of our costumes have been made for/used on stage. Unless we use words as pristine, meticulous or looks unworn expect some wear (although sometimes it is minimal or nonexistent) on items described as very good. Good means there is more evident wear but item will still work on stage or an event where the is a little distance. We try to identify all problems.
