Black over skirt has rose pattern and asymmetrical hem. Brown hat with white band and bow. Very good condition, no issues. Most of our costumes were made for/used on stage. Very good means that is our opinion for use on stage. Unless we use words like perfect, meticulous, pristine or looks unworn expect some wear.
