It was quality made by A Stitch In Time by Miss Annie, and features an unhemmed skirt, so that you can easily have the length you want. It buttons down the front of the bodice, which does have some darts, and has a hook & eye at the waist. The bodice lining is a medium green, and the sleeves, shoulders and neckline are edged in piping which you can use under sleeves with, and the skirt if full enough to accommodate hoops of a slightly smaller size, or just some petticoats.
