Dress is a hand stitched walnut brown 100% wool gauze (yes wool gauze) dress made in the 1860s style with appropriate 1860s construction such as piping and flat lining (raw edges not finished and are visible on the inside of the dress). All linings are 100% white cotton. The dress is trimmed with beige silk taffeta. Dress closes with hook and eye tape up the front of the gown. Whitework collar and cuffs are included.
